In Quadrant 4 he intercepted a frequency nobody could place — a transmission a couple of ATLiens cut into the signal back in '96. He played it on loop. The cadence, the swagger, the way they kept saying they were aliens about a city he'd never heard of. He had to see the sector for himself.
He landed in the ATL. The signal made sense the second he touched down — same frequency, same people, just louder in person. He decided this is where the broadcast lives now.
The stream is the signal going back the other way. Every clip is a transmission. Quadrant 4 is listening.
